As Principal-in-Charge, Lawrence is actively involved in all aspects of business on a daily basis and brings more than 33 years of professional experience in planning, design, and construction of commercial and residential projects.

His early work in national and international construction and commercial real estate development has formed the basis of his leadership skills and extensive knowledge in the management of cost, time, scope, and quality.

Lawrence brings to each project leadership guided by the principles of trust, transparent processes, effective collaboration, skill, and expertise required to reduce Owner's risk and to deliver projects on-time and within budget. This approach has resulted in long-term client relationships with some of the largest developers, public entities and officials, retailers, restaurant groups, franchisees, and associate partners.
