David Barbara has over 25 years of construction management experience within a broad spectrum of market sectors including commercial, office, hospitality, retail, restaurant, residential, industrial and manufacturing. David brings strong project management and problem-solving skills to his work to ensure clients are properly represented and their projects are constructed to their satisfaction.

As a project manager, he is especially skilled at organizing project delivery and assisting owners with smooth and seamless transition between construction and operational occupancy, start-up and project close-out. David has demonstrated his ability to coordinate complex issues successfully on a wide range of project types.

His early work included project management and asset management for the Rosewood Property Company, a real estate development and investment company owned by the Hunt family located in Dallas, Texas.
